London Film Festival 2026.
The 70th BFI London Film Festival, 7–18 October: every
film on the festival’s A–Z — features, shorts, games and immersive works — on
one page, by title or day by day. Each film is an open calendar record in the
@cultureblocs.com repository, so when you’ve seen one you can say
so in a bead of your own that points straight at it.
The festival, as people saw it
Beads people have published to their own accounts pointing at a film here, found through Constellation’s open index of the network. Edit or delete yours and this follows.
How this listing works
One film, one record
Each film is a community.lexicon.calendar.event record
published from @cultureblocs.com — one per film, not per
screening. It runs from the first screening to the last and lists them
all. A short shares its programme’s screenings.
What you saw is yours
Seen something? Press I saw and it writes a screening
bead to your own account, pointing at the film. Or write one yourself —
open Details on any film to copy its at:// address.
Saw it somewhere else, or later? The bead still points at the same film.
Your festival
Everything you said you saw, on one page you can share — and publish as a strand, your festival told your way, in your own account.
Facts, not blurbs
Titles, credits, strands and screening times come from the BFI’s festival pages. The synopses are the BFI’s own, so they stay there: every film links to its BFI page, which is also where tickets are.
Independent
An unofficial listing compiled by CultureBlocs. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the BFI. Screenings change and sell out — check the BFI before you travel.
